eLearning Terms

Subscription Duration

The Term of this Agreement begins on the Effective Date and continues for a minimum duration of 12 months. Monthly eLearning subscriptions renew on a month-to-month basis after purchase unless either party provides the other party with written notice of non-renewal at least thirty (30) days prior to the desired end-date. Annual eLearning purchases provide 12 months of access paid in a single upfront payment and do not auto-renew.

Changes to Content Offerings

Eliquo offers original courses and content (“Content Offerings”) as well as content from other providers (“Content Providers”). While we seek to provide expert Content Offerings from our Content Providers, Eliquo reserves the right to cancel, interrupt, reschedule, or modify any Content Offerings as required.

Paid Services from Eliquo

Eliquo offers paid Services (e.g., course certification exams and live, instructor-led training) for a fee. Unless otherwise stated, fees are quoted in local currency. You are responsible for paying all fees charged by or for Eliquo and applicable taxes in a timely manner with a payment mechanism associated with the applicable paid Services. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may collect fees using other collection mechanisms. Eliquo reserves the right to change any fees at any time at its sole discretion. Any change, update, or modification will be effective immediately upon posting through the relevant Services.

Subscription Cancellation

Monthly subscriptions continue for the subscription period identified at the time of purchase and remain active unless a subscription is cancelled or suspended by Eliquo. Annual one-time purchases remain active through the paid 12-month term, do not auto-renew, and are non-refundable. Each party may terminate a subscription upon written notice to the other party in the event: (a) the other party commits any material breach of this Agreement and (b) fails to cure such breach within thirty (30) days after receipt of notice of such breach.

Copyright and Trademark

Eliquo respects the intellectual property rights of our Content Providers, instructors, users, and other third parties and expects our users to do the same when using the Services. We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly charged with infringing the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of others.

WCAG Exam Scheduling

Exam takers are to contact Eliquo at registrations@eliquotraining.com to schedule an exam date and time.

Exams are administered between the hours of 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time from Monday to Friday.

Exam Sign-In Process

In advance of your exam, Eliquo will provide you with a web meeting link. Exam takers will meet with one of our staff members 10 minutes before your scheduled exam. During that time, exam takers will be required to carry out the following:

• Present government issued photo ID by using their webcam
• With guidance from the Eliquo representative, the exam taker will provide a tour of the exam environment using their web camera to ensure that the environment is private, free of distractions and that the technology set up is in accordance with our guidelines.
• If there are any changes required to be made to the exam takers environment, the exam taker will be provided with no more than 10 minutes to make the corrections. If more time is required, the exam will be rescheduled.

Eliquo uses AI face detection and task tracking technology to monitor exam takers throughout their exam. Our detection technology will monitor the following:

• Maintaining facial focus on 1 screen
• Attempts at changing the state of tabs or windows on your browser
• Monitoring for copy/paste attempts

Exam takers will be recorded for the duration of their exam. Upon completion of an exam, Eliquo will review the recording to ensure that there are no signs or evidence of any attempts to cheat on the exam. If the video does not show any evidence of such behavior, the video recording will be erased. If questionable behavior is exhibited during the exam taking period, Eliquo will coordinate a meeting with the exam taker to review the behaviors in question. If there is evidence of the exam taker having cheated on the exam, the exam taker will be provided with a failing grade.

Exam Taking Set-Up

• Certification exams are to be taken at a location of your choice.
• Your environment must be private and free of any distractions.
• Exam takers are required to have a web camera, a microphone, speakers and a stable high-speed internet connection.
• An exam taker’s microphone must remain on during the entire exam.
• Headphones are not permitted.
• Dual monitors or a secondary internet-enabled device are not permitted. (Your secondary monitor must be turned off throughout your exam taking time)

Certification Renewal

Certifications are valid for 24 months. A certification renewal exam is required to maintain your certified status. The renewal exam fee is $150

Exam Privacy Statement

Eliquo will not share an exam taker’s video recording with any external parties. All personal data (any information collected by Eliquo pertaining to the personal and professional identity of an exam taker) will be kept confidential from any external third parties or government agencies.
